Keiretsu Capital raises more than $6 Million for first co-investment fund

Keiretsu Capital says it raised more than $6 Million in its first angel co-investment fund that will invest in early-stage technology companies backed by leading angel groups.

The fund has already invested in 17 companies in the information technology, Internet and life sciences sectors. The fund's portfolio companies also have received financing from Keiretsu Forum, Angels Forum, the Band of Angels, Sand Hill Angels or Tech Coast Angels.

Keiretsu Capital's fund allows angel investors to better diversify their holdings while leveraging the work of other angel groups in finding promising investment opportunities.
