ABOUT

Blockchain Coinvestors Fund VI (Mid Stage Growth Fund) provides direct exposure to the emerging category leaders in the blockchain and crypto ecosystem. The fund leverages our unique sustainable competitive advantage (USCA) in blockchain, web3, and fintech to create a concentrated portfolio of between 20 and 30 investments with attractive return profiles and visible paths to liquidity. The fund assesses the more than 400 blockchain and crypto projects in which we are direct and indirect investors and employs a robust investment framework to select investment opportunities into the leading mid stage growth rounds - typically Series B, C and D. This is a continuation of the mid stage investing strategy of the Fund Manager that has included investments in Bitwise, Brex, InfiniteWorld, Securitize, Uphold, Wyre, and others

PERFORMANCE OVERVIEW

Blockchain Coinvestors Funds I and II have already experienced significant appreciation. Fund I Net TVPI is 5.45x with an IRR of 79%. Fund II shows equally impressive early results with Net TVPI of 2.13x and an IRR of 106%. Almost all of our fund investments are performing as top quartile against the Cambridge Associates Venture Benchmark.

FUND ELIGIBILITY NOTICE

• Blockchain Coinvestors Mid Stage Token Fund LP is open to investors who meet the Qualified Client definition with a minimum subscription level of $250,000 at the discretion of the Manager. Please contact ir@blockchaincoinvestors.com if the minimum is of concern:

  • Currently, an individual or entity is a qualified client if he, she, or it: (i) has a net worth of $2,200,000 prior to investment in the fund (excluding the value of his or her primary residence)

OVERSEAS INVESTORS

Blockchain Coinvestors Funds already have investors from overseas jurisdictions including Australia, Canada, China, EU, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland, and the UK among others. We have yet to experience any issues onboarding overseas investors. The Blockchain Coinvestors Mid Stage Token Fund is a Cayman ‘Master Fund’ with US Domestic and Offshore ‘Feeder Funds’ so please indicate your preference if you have one.

SUBSCRIPTION PROCESS

The Fund subscription process begins with the completion of the Letter of Intent. This is a non binding document that allows us to ensure that potential investors meet the fund requirements and allows you to share with us your interest level and the essential information we would need to pre-populate the subscription documents in Docusign. Please return this form as quickly as possible since seats will be assigned in each funding tier according to when investors return the form.
